RENEW Program for Moms

The RENEW program was created to help moms like you achieve healing, reduce symptoms and feel great so you can focus on what matters most in your life! This 8 week program is personalized for your specific needs and goals, whether you are a mom of a 6 month old or a 16 year old.

We will work together, one on one, to assess your breathing, alignment and movement patterns and troubleshoot your symptoms. I will guide you through breathing exercises, mobility work, pelvic floor and core strengthening and relaxing meditations to help you feel renewed mind, body and soul.

Your RENEW Program includes:

  • Four 75-min sessions in the comfort of your home
  • Personalized assessment of your breathing, alignment and movement patterns
  • Detailed guidance on recommended breathing, yoga and strength exercises so you can understand the WHY of what you are doing and WHERE you should (or should not!) be feeling sensation as you move
  • Prayer, scripture reading and worship music to uplift you and a guided meditation to relax you at the end of each session
  • A short, effective and personalized exercise plan for you to follow in between sessions
  • Weekly phone/text check-ins for you to ask questions and be encouraged!

Why I created RENEW:

After a traumatic birth with my first child, I ended up in the OR. I left the hospital feeling scared, discouraged and told I was a high risk for prolapse and should consider C-sections for future births. I didn’t want this to be my story, so I began to research ways for physical healing.

I underwent pelvic floor therapy and sought guidance from fitness experts and fellow moms who understood what I was experiencing. After seeing the benefits of corrective exercise in my own body, and having an encouraging and knowledgeable pelvic floor PT, I felt stronger and better in my body than I did before even bearing children.

I completed my certification to become a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and created the RENEW program to help other moms like me who left their postpartum doctor’s visits feeling confused and discouraged with their concerns minimalized.

I went on to have my second child and had a beautiful, redemptive birth that I had long prayed for! My body worked hard during pregnancy, birth and postpartum, but I no longer feel discouraged or afraid about my body or health. I feel strong, confident and have a deeper connection and love for the body God created for me!
