Glow Yoga

Join us for joyful worship and an upbeat workout at Glow Yoga!

Put on your white and neon clothing/accessories and shake off your winter blues with our Christ-centered yoga community. All yoga experience levels welcome!

This 75 minute event includes:

• Energizing and playful yoga class
• Upbeat worship music & praise
• Glow sticks
• Dance party (dancing like no one is watching is optional 😛 )
• Guided scripture meditation
