Sunrise Yoga

Move, breathe & worship the LORD as you watch a new day begin.

Join our Christ-centered yoga community for a very special outdoor yoga class! As the sun rises, you will mindfully move and breathe as you reflect on God’s great love and faithfulness.

The view from the lawn at Foothills Bible Church has been beautiful for our Summer SONlight series, so I am so excited to enjoy a sunrise together at such an amazing vantage point!

Class Information:

1 hour outdoor yoga class
Saturday, August 17 at 6 am
Lawn at Foothills Bible Church- 6100 S Devinney Way, Littleton, CO 80127
Bring: Water, yoga mat, your favorite yoga props and a towel to place under your mat
Limited loaner mats, blocks and straps available.

Please register by Thursday 8/15.

Terms & Conditions: Your class purchase is fully refundable through Wednesday 8/14/24 if you provide notice via email to Sarah at adorationyoga.co@gmail.com. After 8/14/24, your purchase is nonrefundable, but may be resold or gifted to a friend. Please notify me if you do this, so I can plan accordingly. Thank you!
