In this 3 class yoga series, you will be guided through gentle movement, calming breathing techniques and relaxing scripture meditations. All while being in an encouraging, Christ-centered community.

You many also gift your pre-paid spot to a friend if you know you plan to miss one of the classes. Please notify me if you do this, so I can plan accordingly.

If inclement weather or another unexpected situation arises on the day of a class, the class will be rescheduled. You will be notified of this change ahead of time via email.
